We are looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper / Back Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial and bookkeeping records
• Manage invoices, expenses, and reconciliations
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel
• Create professional presentations in PowerPoint
• Handle data entry and document management
• Assist with payroll and administrative tasks
• Support day-to-day back office operations
• Coordinate with management on reporting and business needs

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
