Placement 1: Albuquerque, NM (ZIP: 87110) Schedule: Part-Time | 2 days per week (7.5 hours per day) Site Logistics: 1 single school campus—no driving between multiple locations during the day. Caseload & Student Profile: A highly manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, ranging from early childhood (18 months) to 6 years old. Term: August 3, 2026 – June 2027 Placement 2: Santa Fe, NM (ZIP: 87505) Schedule: Part-Time | 2 days per week (7.5 hours per day) Site Logistics: 1 single school campus—zero daily site-to-site travel required. Caseload & Student Profile: Approximately 10 to 15 students, spanning a diverse pediatric population from 18 months up to 22 years old. Term: August 3, 2026 – June 2027 Core Responsibilities Clinical Delivery: Conduct physical therapy screenings, comprehensive gross motor evaluations, and provide direct intervention sessions tailored to student IEP goals. Collaborative Care: Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP development alongside educators, families, and specialized staff. Compliance: Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, daily progress notes, and data tracking in accordance with state and educational guidelines. Qualifications Active New Mexico State license as a Physical Therapist. Prior experience in a pediatric, early intervention, or school-based setting is highly preferred. Strong organization and communication skills to effectively manage student milestones and coordinate with academic teams. Reliable transportation for commuting to the respective campus locations.
