What You’ll Do:

Conduct preliminary, in-process, and final inspections of the aircraft refinishing and maintenance process to ensure compliance with FAA and customer requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and customer technical data and requirements, ensuring all inspections adhere to approved processes.
Maintain and complete work packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
Mentor and train team members on quality standards and inspection processes and customer requirements.
Play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our Repair Station Certificate.

What We’re Looking For:

A&P Certification ( required ).
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and customer maintenance programs quality standards.
Proficiency with quality inspection techniques, precision measurement tools and technical data & drawings.
A proactive mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Availability for Day shift and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
