Sr. Manager, Comp Strategy & US

Senior Manager leading global compensation strategy and U.S. programs for DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson's planned orthopedics separation). This role owns retention programs, year-end compensation planning, sales compensation, and vendor management while partnering across HR, Finance, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead global retention and recognition programs including design, execution, governance, and outcome measurement
- Oversee year-end compensation planning activities with focus on process integrity and stakeholder alignment
- Design and enhance compensation programs and frameworks aligned with business and talent strategies
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on complex compensation and retention challenges
- Manage external compensation vendors and consultants including performance, contracts, and budget oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 8-10 years progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, HR, consulting, or finance
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing compensation programs at regional or global scale
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across geographies
- Knowledge of compensation governance, regulatory requirements, and market practices
- Proven ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences
