As a Project Manager, you'll guide these engagements from kickoff to client acceptance, working directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to keep scope, quality, and timelines on track. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation of complex services solutions, defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria with clients and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project work plans, sequencing activities, assigning resources, and setting milestones using established PM tools and methods.
• Track project performance through formal reporting and dashboards, identifying risk early and initiating corrective action to keep implementations on schedule.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and changes to clients and internal stakeholders through a structured project communications plan.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, quality, and reliability standards while maintaining strong client relationships through final acceptance.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-7 years of progressive experience leading solutions or project management engagements in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-revenue services implementations from inception through client acceptance.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MS/MBA a plus.
• PMP or related process management certification.
• Experience mentoring junior project managers or serving as a subject matter resource.
