Overseeing it all,Anthem Global Syndicate manages strategy, operations, and partnerships across the network, uniting technology, education, and culture under one global movement.The OpportunityThe Human Resources Strategist Intern helps design the systems that power the Anthem Ecosystem, a creative and tech driven network connecting music, media, and education. You will work with leadership and multiple teams to support recruiting, onboarding, and culture across our community. This role offers direct experience in HR strategy, operations, and engagement, showing how high performing creative teams are built and supported in the modern music and media industry.What You'll Learn & DoSupport the HR team with intern and staff recruitmentAssist in scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate personnel records.Help organize and manage HR documents including agreements, NDAs, and timesheets.Participate in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and company culture initiatives.Assist with internal communications, performance tracking, and engagement programs.Learn to use modern HR tools (Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management software).What You'll GainMentorship from experienced HR professionals and program directors.Hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and organizational planning.Professional growth in HR compliance, communication, and people management.Opportunity to earn academic credit through your university's internship or practicum program.Exposure to HR practices across music, tech, and nonprofit creative sectors.What We're Looking ForInterest in human resources, organizational psychology, or management.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a collaborative environment.Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, communications, or HR-related program (preferred).Type: Unpaid, academic-credit eligibleTime Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (flexible)Duration: 6–12 months (extendable upon review)Location: Remote / Hybrid (NYC-based interns)Eligibility: Open to current students and recent graduates.
