Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for a project in Nashville, TN, for an immediate start!
PAY for Operators: $22–$28/hour
HOURS: 40-60 hours/week
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 1+ year
Heavy Equipment Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to work on active job sites operating multiple types of machinery
- Operate equipment such as excavators and chippers
- Work in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment
- Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and experienced in heavy equipment operation
- Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, and chippers
- Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure proper functionality
- Follow site plans and supervisor direction to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Assist with general site duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment and wear required PPE
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and working in outdoor conditions
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Drug screening required
