ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gabe Oleksy - State Farm Agent, you play a critical role in both our customers' success and the growth of our agency.

We believe every customer conversation is an opportunity to bring value. That might mean solving a problem, identifying a gap in coverage, asking a question no one has asked before, or helping a customer better protect what matters most.

Our Account Representatives don't simply process transactions. They build relationships, ask great questions, uncover needs, and actively look for opportunities to help customers while growing our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring value to every conversation. Listen, ask thoughtful questions, and look beyond the customer's immediate request for additional ways we can help.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and understanding their needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to recommend relevant insurance products, coverage, and other agency services.
• Don't just handle the transaction—advance the relationship.
• Follow up consistently on recommendations, quotes, and opportunities.
• Provide accurate, timely assistance with policies, coverage changes, applications, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps.
• Know your goals and take ownership of your activity and production.
• Participate in coaching, training, and role-playing to continually improve your knowledge and sales ability.
• Contribute to a positive, competitive team where we challenge each other to perform at a high level.
