Job Details Title: Program Manager Location: St. Joseph, MO Contract Duration: 24 months Pay Rate: $116.66 – $125.00/hr on W2 Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week; 1st shift Full‑time conversion: Possibly Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‑scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility. Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‑time and on‑budget execution. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs. Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers. Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks. Demonstrate proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process. Influence decision‑making with executive‑level stakeholders. Exhibit exceptional social and diplomacy skills. Lead and manage a team across a multi‑departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources. Exhibit excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem‑solving mindset. Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of USD100 MM. Operate under high pressure in a timeline‑constrained environment. Required Skills Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. Education Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience. Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage.
