Project Manager – Residential / Commercial Construction

Madison Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, change order management, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct client meetings and provide project updates.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred.
