Base pay range $80.00/yr - $80.00/yr Job Summary Serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related integrations (8+ years required). Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring they meet client needs. Translate business and project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and progress toward project goals. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience. Manage key technical decisions, stakeholder communications, and project milestones. Operate in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD); local candidates only. Maintain advanced proficiency with Guidewire Integration and Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD). Demonstrate strong technical leadership, innovation, and collaborative team management skills.
