Personal Trainer / Boxing Coach / Group Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Create customized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise form and techniques to prevent injuries
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness goals
Requirements
- Certification in Personal Training from a recognized organization or a 4-year degree in a related field
- High energy, positive attitude
- Team player
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy related to exercise
- Proficiency in program design for diverse clientele, including beginners to advanced athletes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales skills to promote personal training services
- Experience in boxing is a plus but not required
