Dayforce Implementation Project Manager

We are hiring a Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to support a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based company with approximately 1,100 employees.

This is a specialized role for someone who has already led a Dayforce implementation end to end. The company needs a dedicated expert who can help lead the implementation across planning, coordination, execution, and post-launch stabilization.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support
Managing the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline
Acting as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guiding stakeholders on best practices and implementation decisions
Coordinating across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team
Ensuring the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the right stages of the project
Supporting testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early stabilization after go-live
