Dayforce Implementation Project Manager

We are hiring a Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to support a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based company with approximately 1,100 employees.

This is a specialized role for someone who has already led a Dayforce implementation end to end. The company needs a dedicated expert who can help lead the implementation across planning, coordination, execution, and post-launch stabilization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support
  • Managing the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline
  • Acting as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guiding stakeholders on best practices and implementation decisions
  • Coordinating across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team
  • Ensuring the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the right stages of the project
  • Supporting testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early stabilization after go-live
