Python Engineer - Proprietary Trading Firm Python Engineer - Proprietary Trading Firm A proprietary trading firm is looking for Python Engineers to join its Core Engineering team. This group focuses on building software to manage complex infrastructure, optimize system performance, and improve automation. Engineers in this role develop back-end services using Python. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software for managing large-scale infrastructure. Build automation tools and applications to improve system performance and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve infrastructure and operational challenges. Key Requirements: Strong Python development experience and a willingness to learn new technologies. Familiarity with Linux administration and system-level programming. Experience building scalable, testable, and maintainable software. Ability to work effectively in an Agile, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering challenges in a high-performance environment.
