Mechanical Engineer

Contract: Long-Term Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the design and development of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems and assemblies for high-precision equipment. Create and modify 3D CAD models and engineering drawings. Perform feasibility studies and support design improvements. Develop test plans and participate in product testing and validation. Prepare engineering documentation and communicate design intent to manufacturing and project teams. Support prototype builds, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience. Strong experience with 3D CAD software such as NX (preferred), Creo, or SolidWorks . Experience designing complex mechanical systems or capital equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry experience. Experience with thermal management, vacuum systems, or precision mechanical assemblies. Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
