Location: Kingsburg, CA Pay: $24.00$30.00/hour, DOE Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking an experienced Grower Support Specialist to join the team at a well-established agricultural organization in Kingsburg. This position will provide high-level administrative support within the Grower Support department and work closely with the Executive Assistant supporting the President and Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative background who is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with executives and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Grower Support department and Executive Administration.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of Board of Directors meetings, executive meetings, and committee meetings.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Attend meetings as needed and prepare accurate, professional meeting notes and Board minutes.
• Assist with compiling and organizing information for Board packets and executive presentations.
• Create and maintain advanced spreadsheets, reports, tracking documents, and data using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare professional documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
• Develop and edit executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain highly confidential and sensitive company, grower, executive, and Board information.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, communications, records, and special projects.
• Provide additional administrative and departmental support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Administrative Coordinator, or similar high-level administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience preparing professional meeting notes, minutes, Board materials, reports, and presentations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with executives, Board members, growers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must exercise excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

Compensation $24.00$30.00/hour, depending on experience. The ideal starting range is approximately $24.00$25.00/hour, with flexibility up to $30.00/hour for a candidate bringing strong executive-level administrative experience and advanced technical skills.
