Job Position: Financial Analyst Location: Bluffton, IN 46714 Pay Rate: $80000.00-80000.00 Shift: Description: Financial Analyst Full-Time Direct Hire Compensation DOE: Up to $80K plus bonuses Position Overview: We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, and operational reporting. This is a direct hire opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leadership teams to support strategic business decisions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, HR, and executive leadership to provide financial insight, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. What You'll Do as a Financial Analyst:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and projections
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment
- Monitor production costs, variances, and inventory performance
- Assist with budget planning and cost analytics initiatives
- Partner with HR to support 401(k) compliance, reporting, and auditing
- Collaborate with leadership teams to guide financial planning efforts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial controls
- Support capital investment evaluations and operational forecasting
- Provide financial insights to support improved operational efficiency and business performance What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of related financial analysis experience required
- Previous payroll administration experience required
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience required
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analytics
- ERP system experience required; SAP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
