Full-Time Float Patient Service Representative - Southern Colorado Region

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Float Patient Service Representative to support multiple outpatient imaging centers throughout our Southern Colorado region. This role provides coverage at the following locations:

• Touchstone Imaging Aurora - 3055 S. Parker Rd., Aurora, CO 80014
• Touchstone Imaging Dry Creek - 125 Inverness Dr. E., Suite 150, Englewood, CO 80112
• Touchstone Imaging Uptown - 1007 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80218
• Touchstone Imaging Castle Rock - 3911 Ambrosia St., Suite 104, Castle Rock, CO 80109

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for imaging exams and procedures
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Check patients in and out
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information
• Communicate with the billing office as needed
• Process patient records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting multiple imaging centers

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and authorizations required
• Ability to manage a high patient volume
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different clinic environments
