Key Responsibilities Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and craft beer. Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience. Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and notify management of low stock. Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including beer selections, to make informed recommendations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations. What We’re Looking For Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate. Strong knowledge of mixology, beer, and beverage trends is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creating rapport with guests. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. On‑call is a plus! A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
