Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader – DBU to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Drive segment-specific talent acquisition strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team that delivers exceptional hiring outcomes, service levels, and candidate experiences.Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to anticipate talent demands and proactively address workforce challenges.Leverage recruiting analytics and talent intelligence to improve performance, optimize processes, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.Champion the adoption of innovative recruitment technologies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.Strengthen stakeholder confidence by providing strategic insights on labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and workforce risks.Establish and maintain recruitment standards, governance practices, and compliant processes that support enterprise objectives.Lead change initiatives that increase team agility, accelerate transformation efforts, and improve overall recruiting effectiveness.Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:Serve as a trusted advisor to business and hiring leaders, translating workforce needs into effective talent acquisition strategies and actionable recruiting plans.Utilize recruiting analytics, data visualization, operational metrics, and talent intelligence to identify opportunities, communicate compelling data stories, and drive continuous improvement.Build collaborative partnerships across HR, workforce planning, industry networks, technology partners, and business stakeholders to enhance recruiting capabilities and outcomes.Demonstrate preferred expertise in change management, HR consulting, business process execution, and operational excellence within complex organizational environments.Apply strong organizational savvy and financial acumen to optimize recruiting resources, budgets, and investments while maintaining business agility.Foster an inclusive, customer-centric approach that values diverse perspectives and strengthens candidate, stakeholder, and team experiences.Champion innovation through the adoption of modern recruiting technologies, digital solutions, and leading practices that support transformation goals.Exhibit preferred strengths in adaptability, sound judgment, self-awareness, collaboration, resilience, and the ability to lead effectively through uncertainty and change.Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
