Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is driven, approachable, task-oriented and willing to be held accountable.  Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed.

What We Look For

• Minimum 1-3+ years of successfully leading fitness/sales teams to achieve business goals.  
• Sell yourself, train others to sell and move the numbers of the business.  
• Lead generation experience with community outreach, events, B2B relationships, etc.
• Worked in a high energy, fast paced environment and achieved results.  
• Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation.  
• Flexible work schedule needed; location is open Mon-Sun.  

Compensation: $60,000 based on previous experience and qualification fit to this position.
