Apartment Maintenance Manager

We’re not just any property management company. Join us as we elevate the industry. This will be a dual‑site position for two properties in Vancouver, WA with a total of 240 units. Qualifications Must-haves: Desire to lead Positive attitude Organizational skills Efficiency Sense of humor Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting On‑call availability Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday Great-to-haves: Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it) Renovation or construction experience Compensation The compensation range for this role is $28 - $34 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
