Associate Teacher

Position Associate Teacher - Crowley Center Location: Crowley Center, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 Qualifications Previous experience in Early Childhood Program preferred Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Associate Degree in Child Development and/or CDA already obtained – Preferred Completion of Early Childhood Development college course hours (at least 3) for compliance plan Must meet State and Federal Legal Requirements Must be punctual and maintain good attendance Alternative qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the Board of Education and/or Superintendent. Duties Assist teacher with assessments, lesson planning, and participate in a classroom of 3-5 year old children Assist Lead Teacher with small and large groups of children Participate in home visits and parent-teacher conferences Maintain strict child, family, and staff confidentiality Other duties as assigned.
