Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU specialty. This position is for night shifts as part of a team delivering critical care in a fast-paced environment. The facility is a 295-bed acute care facility serving a wide service area. It employs over 1,200 healthcare professionals and supports various medical specialties. Patient ratios are 4:1 for day shift and 5:1 for night shift. Preferred skills include strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities. Common diagnoses seen in this unit involve critical illnesses that require immediate medical attention. The work environment is supportive and fosters professional development.
