Multi-Unit District Ops Leader - P&L, Coaching, Service

Ontario Trillium Foundation

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an Assistant District Manager in Coronado, California. This role requires a hands-on operations leader who will support store-level execution and ensure staffing, training, and guest experience are up to standards. You will play a key role in multiple restaurant locations, coaching managers, and stepping into operations when needed. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in restaurant management and a strong understanding of P&L management. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
