You'll work a 9/80 schedule and travel approximately 20–30% to support locations across our North American network.We're seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee our warehouse distribution network across North America. In this highly visible role, you will drive safety, service, operational excellence, and cost performance across multiple sites while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in developing and coaching leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and building a sustainable leadership pipeline. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape strategy, lead transformational initiatives, and drive business outcomes across the supply chain.
