You'll work a 9/80 schedule and travel approximately 20–30% to support locations across our North American network.We're seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee our warehouse distribution network across North America. In this highly visible role, you will drive safety, service, operational excellence, and cost performance across multiple sites while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in developing and coaching leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and building a sustainable leadership pipeline. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape strategy, lead transformational initiatives, and drive business outcomes across the supply chain. You'll thrive in this role if you're energized by advancing a best-in-class safety culture, building organizational capability, leading large-scale change, and driving operational performance through strategic leadership.What You'll Do:Lead the strategy and execution of a multi-site warehouse network, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain and business objectivesBuild, coach, and develop leaders across multiple locations, creating a strong talent pipeline for the organizationDrive performance in key areas including safety, service, throughput, inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, and cost managementStandardize processes and best practices across receiving, storage, inventory management, loading, and shipping operationsFoster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiativesManage operating and capital budgets, balancing service, safety, and financial performanceDevelop and execute capital investment plans, including automation, infrastructure improvements, and reliability projectsPromote a strong safety culture with a focus on environmental, health, and safety compliance and risk reductionPartner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Maintenance, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to drive business resultsProvide operational expertise and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business prioritiesLead transformation efforts including network optimization, integrations, and acquisition-related activitiesWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, terminal, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations within complex, multi-site environmentsDemonstrated success leading leaders and developing high-performing teams across multiple locationsSolid track record of improving safety, service, operational performance, and cost efficiencyExperience managing large operating and capital budgetsDeep understanding of environmental, health, and safety programs, regulatory compliance, and risk managementAbility to translate business strategy into operational execution and measurable resultsExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading change, driving continuous improvement, and building organizational capabilityAbility and willingness to travel approximately 20–30% throughout North AmericaBonus Points If You Have the Following:Master's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related fieldExperience in fertilizer, bulk materials, chemicals, mining, agriculture, or other heavy industrial environmentsLean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training and application experienceExperience leading major capital projects involving automation, infrastructure upgrades, or network optimizationFamiliarity with OSHA, Homeland Security, maritime, or related regulatory environmentsExperience utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms to support operational and asset management decisionsWhat's In It for You:Competitive base salary plus annual incentive opportunities9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off11 paid company holidays each year401(k) with company match and annual company contributionPaid sick timePaid vacationComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability insuranceTuition reimbursementPaid parental leave#LI-KM1SummaryLocation: US - Tampa, FL (Lithia area)Type: Full time
