About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of HR to align talent, culture, and strategy in order to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing HR function that is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while also strengthening the company's culture and broadening its people strategy. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include developing and executing the strategic vision for the HR function, leading competitive benefits programs, serving as a cultural ambassador, establishing performance metrics, and providing leadership to the HR team. The role also involves designing and implementing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR budgets, and leveraging data and analytics to drive HR decisions. This is a newly elevated HR leadership opportunity within a strong, culture-focused organization that values collaboration, development, and employee engagement. The role offers high visibility with executive leadership and the President, and the ability to make a significant impact on organizational growth and leadership effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR, with the ability to proactively shape HR strategy based on industry and workforce trends. They should be a trusted advisor to leadership, with experience in employee development, performance management, and disciplinary matters. The Head of HR will also be responsible for maintaining competitive compensation structures and ensuring the HR function supports the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
