Dalix is searching for a Sales Associate / Customer Service to join our growing team of dedicated individuals. Reporting to the CEO and Office Manager, this team member will aid in expanding the distribution of Dalix products all over the world and provide unparalleled customer service. With a chance to build the team in the process to lead other team members. This job definitely has a lot of growth opportunity.

Duties:

• Outbound calls
• Increase sales
• Speak in Dalix brand tone of voice
• Assist customers in explaining fashion, clothing & accessories line sheets
• Assist customers with creating new product selection
• Possible travel to customer locations
• Strategize on how to build actionable sales plans
• Report data and feedback

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, professional phone manner and in-person presence
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in fashion, clothing & accessories
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Quickly absorb information into actionable plans
• Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Education:

· High School GED / or Equivalent

· Bachelors/BA or Equivalent

Work Environment:

• Office environment
• Headquarters location City of Industry, California, USA

Job Posting Range - $19.00 to $23.00 Hourly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
