This is a full-time, remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere in the world while making a positive impact on people\'s lives.Be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on people\'s lives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferencesConduct virtual fitness classes and one-on-one coaching sessions through video conferencing platformsProvide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their fitness and wellness journeyMonitor and track clients\' progress, and make necessary adjustments to their programs as neededStay up-to-date with the latest fitness and wellness trends and research to continuously improve our programsCollaborate with other team members to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our clientsProvide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clientsQualificationsAssociates or Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related health and wellness field.Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor through a nationally recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM)Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing fitness and wellness programs for clients of all levelsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principlesExperience with virtual coaching and online fitness platforms is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPassion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goalsBenefits & Other DetailsCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible work schedule and the ability to work from anywhere in the worldOpportunities for professional growth and developmentBe part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on people\'s livesPay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experienceTraining Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completionWork Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)Home Office Setup: Company-provided workstation and equipmentGrowth Opportunities: Internal promotion and career development supportJ-18808-Ljbffr
