RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor resident health needs, developing personalized care plans to ensure optimal well-being

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Perform vital sign checks, monitor blood glucose levels, and provide medical treatments as needed

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
