Internal Medicine Physician / Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal/Family Medicine Physician to join a physician-led outpatient practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced physicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with adult patients in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients (18+).
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and routine health screenings.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans with ongoing follow-up care.
• Build long-term physician-patient relationships and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• Select the appropriate Evaluation & Management (E&M) level; dedicated certified coders manage coding and billing.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal / Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted New York medical license.
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
