This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, contrast agents, MRI safety, and medical terminology. Responsibilities\n \n Ensure accurate positioning and execution of MRI techniques. \n Prepare and administer contrast agents under the direction of a radiologist, adhering to state and federal guidelines. \n Provide quality care in a safe environment for patients of all ages, from infants to adults. \n Communicate effectively with patients while being sensitive to their physical, cultural, and emotional needs. \n Conduct patient assessments, monitoring, and care in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory manner. \n Engage in continuing education to enhance patient care, public education, and technical competence. \n Utilize independent, professional, and ethical judgment along with critical thinking in daily responsibilities. \n Qualifications\n \n High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. \n Completed a Non-Degree Program from an approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program Required. \n Relevant general experience in MRI technology is Required. \n Registered Technologist (R) (MR) Required. \n Basic Life Support certification Required. \n Location\n Position available in various locations within the region, including City, State . \n \n Thrive Staffing Job ID 19044091.
