As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report unusual activity, assist visitors and employees, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and document observations and incidents accurately. Maintain a professional presence while communicating with employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors in accordance with Allied Universal and site expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
