Our mid‑market clients need lean, agile leaders to unlock vast amounts of data and fast‑turn it into a competitive advantage. The Role You are the person the client trusts to make it happen. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you own delivery from initial solution shaping through go‑live, designing the execution approach, leading implementation, and ensuring the final product upgrades how the client leverages data and intelligent automation. You oversee a dedicated offshore engineering team, set the strategic direction, and are the single point of accountability for what ships. You deliver outcomes in weeks, not quarters, and shape the client experience from first conversation to go‑live. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end delivery: scope, timeline, team structure, quality, and outcome. Design the delivery approach for complex data and AI engagements and manage cross‑stream dependencies. Provide technical advisory across the engagement, guiding clients on offerings, technical implementation, and Google Cloud services. Serve as the client’s trusted partner, leading status reviews, managing expectations, and addressing trade‑offs in real time. Speed delivery: mobilize the team and drive execution from day one to provide proven capabilities in weeks. Lead across borders: coordinate onshore delivery leadership with offshore engineering teams, remove blockers, and keep the delivery machine moving. Drive quality and outcomes: establish governance, checkpoints, and track progress against commitments, delivering measurable client value. Technical Skills & Domain Expertise Data Platforms & Engineering: Advanced proficiency in BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Bigtable for migration, modernization, pipeline design, data quality governance, and lakehouse patterns. Analytics & Business Intelligence: Hands‑on experience with Looker, connected‑sheets integrations, real‑time dashboards, and semantic modeling. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Core understanding of Vertex AI, Gemini models, AutoML, custom model training, and MLOps deployment pipelines. Agentic & Generative AI Patterns: Knowledge of modern agent orchestration, tool use, grounding, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, ADK, A2A, and MCP. What Sets You Apart Active Google Cloud Professional certifications (Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Cloud Architect). Hands‑on experience with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, ADK, A2A, or MCP. Production‑grade AI/ML system experience. Secondary familiarity with adjacent Google domains: Marketing & Personalization, Customer Engagement, Infrastructure Foundations, Cybersecurity, Workspace productive tech. Track record of delivering data platform modernizations and AI solutions across multiple concurrent clients. Deep expertise in data governance, migration strategy, and lakehouse architecture on GCP. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 % to 100 % depending on business need and client requirements. Required Experience Minimum 7 years in hands‑on, client‑facing technology roles. Minimum 5 years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform, with deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data platforms. Independent ownership of client engagements from technical design through go‑live. Advanced proficiency with BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, and data pipeline architecture. Working knowledge of agentic AI patterns. Strong technical leadership and delivery management skills. Experience with distributed global teams and modern engineering practices. Clear communication: whiteboard with engineers or present to C‑suite. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field — or 12 years equivalent experience. Google Cloud Professional certifications (Data Engineer, ML Engineer, Cloud Architect). Hands‑on experience with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, ADK, A2A, or MCP. Experience building production‑grade ML/AI systems. Track record delivering data platform modernizations and AI solutions across multiple clients. Deep expertise in data governance, migration strategy, and lakehouse architecture on GCP.
