Production Manager - Hard Home Goods

Our client, an apparel and accessories wholesale company, is seeking a Production Manager for their hard home goods division, specifically working on candles. The ideal candidate will oversee all production processes as well as support sourcing. This role requires 4 days onsite in NYC. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end production process Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely deliveries Work with overseas partners to achieve efficient production processes Monitor factory performance Review product specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy Manage negotiations and handle costing initiatives Create and maintain reporting for production Ensure all products meet safety and regulatory requirements Oversee production tracking Ensure prompt resolution of all production related issues Requirements At least 5+ years of experience in production, preferably in candles or hard home goods Experience working in BlueCherry Experience managing overseas production timelines Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to read product specifications, BOM's, and technical documents Knowledge of import/export logistics, freight coordination, and compliance standards Proficient in Microsoft Suite Please submit your resume for consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
