Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver remote, high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques appropriate for each client's needs. \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments which help clients understand their mental health conditions and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and California state regulations. \n
- Foster professional relationships with peers and support staff to enhance the therapeutic process and client experience. \n
- Work alongside clients to implement tailored treatment strategies that support their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. \n
- Act as an advocate for patients in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and coordinated care strategies. \n
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and integrate feedback for continuous improvement. \n
- Effectively manage a caseload, prioritizing client needs, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of California. \n

- Comprehensive clinical skills with demonstrable experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- A proven ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations, particularly during crises. \n
- Flexibility and adaptability in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. \n

- Minimum of 2 years of licensed clinical experience in a similar setting. \n
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Systems Theory. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy. \n
