Pilot Company - 289 Bear River Drive - Responsibilities: Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions; Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures; Maintain an organized and clean work area; ensure quality service to guests; Handle guest complaints and issues per company processes; resolve team member conflicts; communicate issues to management; Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift
