Over three years, you'll rotate across cross-functional teams, own high-impact projects, and build the technical, business, and professional skills that set the foundation for an accelerated career in the industrial technology industry. Launch prepares you to transition into an experienced professional role where you continue expanding your expertise and business impact upon program completion.

Launch Program - Finance Track

Finance at Belden is a true business partner, embedded within each major segment of the company and also providing centers of expertise. The Finance track of Launch offers potential rotations such as Cost Accountant, Treasury Analyst, Finance Specialist, and Corporate Finance Analyst with opportunities to work in multiple locations including but not limited to Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL.

Successful Finance candidates of Launch will offer:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027
• Related internship or project work with hands-on experience in Excel and analytical tools, financial modeling, varianace analysis, and/or data-driven research with real business output
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $74,000-84,000 and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant ' s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
