Occupational Health Nurse

Occupational Health Nurse (RN) Bradenton, FL (100% Onsite) Pay: $40.00-$45.00/hour Are you an experienced Occupational Health Nurse looking to make an impact in a manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable RN to oversee employee health programs, workers’ compensation case management, and OSHA compliance while supporting team members across two Florida facilities. This position is based in Bradenton, FL, with travel to the Clearwater facility approximately one day per week. What You’ll Do Provide occupational health services and nursing care for employees Manage workers' compensation claims from injury through return to work Coordinate early return-to-work programs Partner with Human Resources and Safety teams to promote a healthy workplace Build relationships with local medical providers and testing facilities Coordinate employee physicals, drug screenings, and medical surveillance programs Manage DOT random drug testing and substance abuse programs Oversee OSHA compliance programs, including hearing conservation, bloodborne pathogens, and pulmonary function testing Maintain OSHA 300 logs and required regulatory documentation Provide employee health education and wellness support Coordinate the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Assist with workers' compensation legal matters as needed What We’re Looking For Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursingn 3+ years of Occupational Health Nursing experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment Experience managing workers' compensation claims Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health programs Strong communication, organization, and case management skills Ability to travel approximately 15% between Bradenton and Clearwater facilities Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of Florida workers' compensation laws Experience with return-to-work programs Familiarity with DOT drug testing requirements Experience managing OSHA compliance initiatives Background supporting manufacturing or industrial operations Position Details Location: Bradenton, FL Weekly travel to Clearwater, FL (approximately one day per week) 100% onsite Immediate start Contract assignment through October 2, 2026 If you’re passionate about protecting employee health, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting a productive workforce, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today with your updated resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr
