What You'll Do
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process in an endoscopy suite
- Assess patient needs, deliver education, and implement appropriate care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Delegate tasks and manage resources efficiently within the team
- Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate outcomes and improve care
- Embrace customer satisfaction and foster positive staff morale
- Adapt communication and care practices to diverse patient populations
What You Need
Required:- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proven proficiency in clinical nursing skills
- Experience in endoscopy or related clinical specialty
- Additional certifications in specialty areas
