Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week contract, starting as soon as possible. This role will involve caring for home health and hospice patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.Shift DetailsWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break included.Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends per month, potentially involving call or scheduled visits for wound care or hospice patients.Patient Care RatiosThe current caseload includes 11 home health patients and 11 hospice patients. New referrals will be considered based on staffing availability and patient needs.On-Call RequirementsWeekday On-Call: Monday to Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM, 2-3 days per week.Weekend On-Call: Saturday 8:00 AM to Monday 8:00 AM.QualificationsCurrent RN certification required.Experience in home health and hospice care is preferred.Must have a clean driving record; a fleet of vehicles is available for use, or mileage will be reimbursed for personal vehicles.Additional InformationWhile we do not have a preference for scrub colors, all nurses should prioritize professionalism in their appearance. We are also open to discussing scheduling accommodations depending on the needs of our staff.Client Details State NE
