Senior Business Systems Analyst

Sr. BSAResponsibilities:Perform business analysis tasks including but not limited to interviewing key business customers to gather architecture and functional requirements and other design documentation; document and follow-up in demand systemOngoing ownership of demand and follow-through to completion for all ADT-related tasksManage multiple work streams and activities at the same timeFollow all IT and business standardsServe as an interface to Architecture Design Team and assist in technical supportManage project management processes related to architectural gates, including Enterprise Architecture Alignment and Technical Advisory Board meetings and approval documentation.Provide application ownership for DTNA application portfolio and lifecycle management tool – provide support through email communications, scheduling change requests, working with other IT teams to complete tasks, reporting to other IT groupsKey Interfaces day to day: IT ManagementIT Technical ResourcesExternal StakeholderBusinessKey SuppliersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Technology as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Familiarity with hosting application architectural design patterns (multi-stack applications, database, web frameworks, APIs, Firewall, Server infrastructure)Familiar with SQL database querying, reportingFamiliar with PowerBIExcellent communicationsStrong BSA/App Owner Skills, Project Management experience is a plusExperience with web technologies and frameworks (example: ASP)
