Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the Operating Room (OR)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative practices, sterile technique, and intraoperative care
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs during operations
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Document accurately in patient records
