Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide MedSurg and Telemetry overflow coverage in a high-volume acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient-focused, and capable of managing both MedSurg and Telemetry patients with strong clinical assessment skills. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients in both Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units to ensure optimal care. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols. Document patient information accurately using the EMR system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Float between MedSurg and Telemetry units as needed to support staffing demands. Respond to emergencies promptly, providing critical patient assessments and interventions. Qualifications: Hold a current RN license in good standing. Possess a minimum of 1 year recent acute care hospital experience. Be BLS (AHA or Red Cross) certified and hold current ACLS certification. Demonstrate experience with Meditech EMR or willingness to attend training. Be flexible to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends.
