Fabricator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Candidates must be prepared for potential transition to 2nd or 3rd shift based on business needs and training completion. Read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Operate and set up various fabrication equipment, including CNC machinery and brake presses, to cut, form, and shape metal components. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards. Safely and efficiently handle materials using stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with design specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Fabricator Qualifications: Demonstrated experience operating stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers. Hands-on experience with brake press operation. Proven ability as a CNC Operator. Previous Stand up Forklift experience Previous Crane and Hoist experience Expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
