Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide preferred
- Familiarity with educational support for diverse learners, including those with special needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education is a plus
- Capable of following instructions and school protocols
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in classroom management and instructional activities
- Assist individual or small groups of students with assignments, reinforcing lessons tailored to their needs
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under educator guidance
- Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch, recess, or transitions
- Foster a nurturing, encouraging, and safe classroom setting
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies at all times
