This role involves providing acute care for critically ill patients within a 16-bed unit equipped with cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps. Job Details Location: Englewood, Colorado Shift: Nights (12 hours) Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 08/24/2026 Required Qualifications: Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS); candidates must have at least 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with medical ICU and neuro patient populations; prior Meditech electronic medical record experience. Responsibilities: Providing patient care for critically ill patients, performing procedures such as intubations and central line placements, utilizing cardiac monitoring equipment, and adhering to unit protocols. Additional Information: The unit operates with 24/7 physician coverage, including intensivists, neuro-intensivists, and trauma surgeons. A collaborative team environment with modern equipment and well‑established staff practices is maintained to ensure high‑quality patient care.
