Occupational Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates, selects, performs, and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational, and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients, based on physician referrals. The therapist collaborates with family members and the healthcare team to work towards the patient's abilities and goals.

Evaluate patients' occupational needs and goals.

Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Assist in educational, vocational, and recreational activities for rehabilitation.

Collaborate with family and health team members regarding patient progress.

Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Eligible for or currently possess a license from the State of Oregon.

Current valid Oregon driver's license.

Current CPR certification.

Must have knowledge of occupational therapy related to physical disability and rehabilitation procedures.

Effective team skills, good communication, and a positive attitude are essential.
