Junior Safety Manager - Construction

The Role This is a hands‑on, field‑based position for someone who takes safety personally. As a Junior Safety Manager, you will help keep our job sites compliant, train our people, and strengthen safety culture across office and field environments. The role involves ensuring employees and subcontractors understand how to prevent accidents while meeting all applicable federal and state safety regulations. Regular out‑of‑state travel is part of this role, requiring flexibility and a road‑ready mindset. What You'll Be Doing Lead by example with consistent, quality‑driven safety leadership across assigned project sites. Carry out the daily implementation and monitoring of all company safety programs. Facilitate on‑site training for crews and subcontractors and coordinate recurring safety workshops. This is a physical, active role—plan to be on your feet approximately 80% of the time. Be able to independently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a construction safety role. OSHA 30 certification required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required). Willingness and availability to travel out of state on a regular basis.
