This company is at the forefront of integrating advanced technology into healthcare, creating impactful software that drives efficiency and improves outcomes in dental practices.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python and NodeJS to support scalable applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement REST APIs that enhance system interoperability.Optimize database performance and reliability using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Leverage AWS services to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security of applications.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ideal Candidate Background4–7 years of experience in backend software engineering, with a strong focus on Python and NodeJS.Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to build and deploy applications.Proficiency in database management and optimization using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.PreferredFamiliarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to healthcare technology.Experience in agile development methodologies and tools.Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $150K to $200K, with equity options between $200K and $400K vested over four years, providing a competitive compensation package that rewards your contributions to the company's success.
